CONDITIONS OF ENTRY for
WIN Nokia 5730 MusicXpress Competition
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. To qualify for entry you must correctly complete the entry form at www.networkcommunications.com.au/win5730 before 11:59pm AEDST 30/09/09. Entrants who qualify for entry will be judged at 3pm AEDST on 04/10/09 at Network Communications Head Office 104 Sugar Road Maroochydore QLD 4558.
3. Promotion commences at 9am AEDST on 01/09/09. Final entries close 11:59pm AEDST on 30/09/09. Entries not received or not completed in accordance with these conditions will not be eligible to win. No responsibility for loss of internet connectivity or no internet access. Winners will be notified by telephone. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
7. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of or connected with taking the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Total prize pool is one Nokia 5730 MusicXpress mobile phone, valued at $549 rrp.
9. The Entrant agrees that the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may send the Entrant commercial electronic messages concerning any information, promotions, products or services of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and other organisations.
10. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Entrant, each Entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter and it’s related bodies corporate may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Entrant. All personal details of the Entrants provided by entering the promotion will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
